Ameen Bamidele Abdul
Chairman
Ameen Bamidele Abdul is the Chairman/CEO of Downlink Solutions. He is a businessman, Social Change Philanthropist and Moderator with several years of experience in the public and private sectors as a Policy Advocate, Branding and Marketing Executive, Finance Specialist and Social Sector Expert.
His resume includes Co-Founder/CPO at Slash Finances and Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Sakshandlin Consultants LTD, a leading entity focusing on Real Estate, infrastructure development projects as well as Marketing, Branding, Risk Management, and Entrepreneurial development in Africa.
He is mostly known and praised for his philanthropy works which he carries out through Downlink Solutions such as support to the Nigerian Red Cross Society (NRCS) as a Volunteer, sponsorship of the Valiant Football club; a Lagos-based football club, Co-Sponsorship of the annual Eletu Unity Cup; an annual footballing tournament that holds in Ilorin Kwara state with the aim of uniting young people across the country.
He has earned several awards and accolades across the country for his contributions to human capital development in Nigeria amongst others. Mr Ameen's robust global impact has led him to be one of the 2022 nominees for the Forbes 30 under 30 Africa by Forbes magazine.
He Has worked in several places including the National Emergency Management Agency, and the Nigerian Red Cross Society among other entities within the public and private sectors. He also currently serves as the National Youth chairperson and a Governing Board member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society. He is also the African Youth Network President of all Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Africa.
He holds a B.Sc Degree in Economics from Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University,
